The PE 100+ Association presents at the World Utilities Congress

The World Utilities Congress is promoted as the premier global platform driving the transformation of the power and water utilities sector towards a sustainable future. The 2025 event, which was held at Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates between 19 and 21 May was truly impressive in scale, with over 25,000 attendees from 110 countries, 120 conference sessions and over 500 speakers covering a very wide range of topics.

To promote the use of PE100+ materials in both the water and power utilities, the PE100+ Association had a stand that was manned by technical and marketing staff from Borouge and LyondellBasell. Abdullah Saber from Borouge also gave a presentation in the project management conference session, concerning the benefits of using PE100+ materials for pipe systems and cable conduits, especially when they are install using trenchless technology. Abdullah also introduced conference attendees to the technical side of the PE100+ website, particularly the No-Dig Technical Guide, which provides a great of information on a wide range of trenchless technologies.
