CEIS, Centro de Ensayos Innovación y Servicios, is a Spanish private company located in Móstoles 20 km from Madrid, focuses in three strategic sectors: Dielectric Oils and Electric Materials, Energy Performance and Utilities Piping Systems. With more than 20 years' experience CEIS provides support in the Assessment of Conformity to international Certification Bodies, technical assistance and testing to manufacturers and specialized training to organizations.

CEIS is accredited by Entidad Nacional de Acreditación (ENAC) in Spain in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025. ENAC is member of European Cooperation for Accreditation (EA) and signatory of Multi-Lateral Agreement (EA MLA) recognition and IAF

CEIS testing activities covers plastic piping systems in the areas of utilities (electrical ducting, potable water and gas piping systems), infrastructure (irrigation networks, sewage and drainage piping systems) and building (soil & waste and hot & cold water supply piping systems) in all thermoplastic materials PE, PEX, PERT, PP, PB, PVC-c, PVC-o and PVC-u.

CEIS testing portfolio includes, among others, pipe evaluation and SEM analysis in accordance with ISO 9080, SCG (notch pipe and cone test), RCP (S4 test), mechanical testing (hydrostatic pressure test, tensile test, temperature cycling test) and physical-chemical analysis (DSC, OIT, MFR, Carbon black content and pigment dispersion).

CEIS services include Polyethylene EF and butt welding (also in extreme conditions) and testing of welded joints up to 65mm pipe wall thickness, expertise in premature failures, advisory services and specific training programs.
