Porous hoses and their manufacture

ICRI in Warsaw elaborated the method of the powdered waste of vulcanized rubber management for thermoplastics porous hoses obtained by extruding, Porous hoses have excellent liquids and gases permeability. These hoses are applied in agriculture and horticulture as irrigation lines delivered water and nutrients. The recipes of compositions are based nearly completely on waste materials. Porous hoses are obtained on an extrusion line with innovative extrusion head specially designed at ICRI. The capacity of extrusion line (external diameter of porous hose < 30 mm) is 60 - 500 m/h. Porous hoses have water permeability 3 - 4 0 l/h/m depended on contents of porosity controller and wall thickness of hose, at pressure of water <0,5 bar.
