The main requirements for successful pipeline renovation systems are to combine an easy and safe installation with a long lifetime and a good cost performance.

This paper reviews the development and evaluation of the Omega-Liner™ relining system which is a close-fit system based on a PVC alloy. Practical experiences / projects with the Omega-Liner™ system are presented and characteristics of the PVC alloy are described.
