A novel extrusion technology is introduced for multilayer plastics processing. Starting point of this work has been well known problems with conventional extrusion heads : the marks from the spider legs and weld line of cross head remain in the product and weaken mechanical and electrical properties. Uniform flow in the die exit is also difficult to reach in a wider operational window. An objective has also been the orientation of fibres in a helical way, layer by layer to create cross orientated structures.
